This October we're (Homer and I) are staying with CHris and Ted to do some ratings and hunttests with Homer. |

20091024 & 20091025, 4 hunttests in 1 weekend!!!! This was really really hard, this weekend you have a lot of possibility to earn legs to finish your tittle, on the other hand is really hard to do 2 tests on one day and that the whole weekend. Hard on the dogs, but also on the handlers.............especially in the mountains. But Homer came through again, he only needed one leg more to finish and he did pass the first test in the weekend. So he now has his JH TITTLE !!!!!!!!!!!!! But ofcourse we did go through with the other tests and he passed all of them, so he had 7 legs out of 7 tests with great scores and really really nice comments of different judges.
We learned a lot and had great fun.

20091020 Show training We went to Ted's handling class, I've learned a lot and Homer as allways did everything perfectly like allways. |

out hunting Today we went out for some real hunting training, after searching and pointing the birds were shot by a hunter/trainer, so Homer had to retriev warm/fresh game. He just loved it and eventually brought it back to me after showing it around:-0. We are totally exhausted, but had just the greatest day!!!! |

20091018_JH test................Yeah his 3rd leg Homer did just fabulous, he had a great run and high scores and at the end the judge came up to me to cmpliment me on the great hunting of Homer. We're so PROUD:-), no he has 3/3, which is greta, tomorrow we go training and next weekend more tests. |
